7:00 ET – St. Lawrence at #5 Clarkson
The Golden Knights and Saints play about ten minutes from one another in Potsdam and Canton, N.Y. respectively and almost always schedule a non-conference home and home with one another early in the year. It’s a good tune-up for two teams that are almost always expected to compete for the ECAC title, but make no mistake this is one of the more heated rivalries in college sports.
7:00 ET – Robert Morris at Colgate
Robert Morris looks to build off the momentum of an encouraging result, a 4-4 draw in the second game of last weekend’s series versus Bemidji State.
7:00 ET – Mercyhurst at #7 Quinnipiac
Mercyhurst’s long reign as the dominant CHA power may be at an end as Syracuse has been tabbed as the top team by the conference’s coaches. The Bobcats meanwhile look to build on their most successful season in school history and add to their first NCAA Tournament birth.
7:00 ET – #6 North Dakota at RPI
A tough test to begin the season for the ECAC’s 9th place team in 2014-2015.
