Congratulations to Yale’s Seniors

One of my biggest wishes is that NCAA Women’s Hockey would get more attention.  Well that’s why this blog is here.  Without further ado, let’s congratulate the senior class of 2014-2015 as teams are eliminated from further play.

  • Defeated #8 Clarkson 3-2.

    • Aurora Kennedy from Ferrara and Jackie Raines (this was a very senior victory apparently)

  • Defeated #5 Quinnipiac 3-0.

Senior Highlights:

  • I’d like to highlight the consistency of Jackie Raines (goals by year: 9, 9, 10, 9) and Jaimie Leonoff (save percentage by year: .865, .925, .924, .924).
  • Jackie Raines notched career highs in games played (30), assists (10), and points (19).
  • Stephanie Mock notched career highs in goals (10), assists (9), and points (19).
  • Madi Murray notched career highs in goals (2) and points (4).
  • Aurora Kennedy notched career highs in goals (5) and points (16).
  • Jaimie Leonoff notched career bests in goals allowed average (2.41) and wins (13).
